Every grilling spread needs a side that can stand up to a smoky main without competing with it. This corn gets a smoky, peppery-garlic crust from Backyard Brunk that pairs perfectly with tri-tip, pinwheels, or anything else coming off the same grill.

Ingredients

  • 6 ears fresh corn, husked
  • 3 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan (optional)
  • Fresh lime wedges, for serving

Brunk Seasoning Used

Instructions

  1. Prep the corn. Brush each ear with melted butter on all sides.
  2. Season. Sprinkle Brunk Black Blend evenly over each ear, rolling to coat all sides.
  3. Grill. Place over direct medium-high heat and grill 12-15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes, until lightly charred on all sides.
  4. Finish. Pull off the grill, dust with parmesan if using, and serve with lime wedges for a squeeze of acid to cut through the char.

Don't just season it. Brunk it. 🔥
