Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs baby bella (cremini) mushrooms, halved
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat the skillet. Place a cast iron skillet directly on the grill grates over medium-high heat and melt the butter.
  2. Toss the mushrooms. Add the mushrooms to the skillet and sprinkle evenly with Brunk Garlic King, stirring to coat.
  3. Grill, covered. Close the grill lid and cook 12-15 minutes, stirring every few minutes, until mushrooms are golden and tender.
  4. Finish. Pull off the grill, toss with fresh parsley, and serve straight from the skillet.
